Discovered more junction boxes in the loft

Are these 3 junction boxesoboxes Or could something safer easily replace them?

I think these feed the boiler, contains and double socket.

All junctions boxes must be accessible

As found in a friend's new ( to him ) cottage late 1990's,

Most of them were wired as a ring with spurs out to sockets around the cottage,

There was also a set of drawing showing the routes the cable took. ( no safe zones were involved )
