DIY Question - Key to remove these from the wall

Hi Guys, took over a flat for investment and the flat has these attached in the bathroom and the kitchen. What kind of keys do I need to remove them?
I am sure it is very simple but so far no luck with screw driver.
Was going to break it fully but dont wanna dammage the wall.

If you havent got a key, maybe use a hacksaw and cut the tops. Then you can get at the screws...
 
See that slot at the back of the top piece?
Get a broad screwdriver in there, press down and it should unclip.

Failing that, use the image to do a search by image on Google and find the manufacturer, then ask them.
