Door entry handset not hanging up properly - people outside can hear me inside

Hello. I've got a BPT AS E/200 handset for our flats' door entry system. The handset when replaced isn't cutting the microphone, and the sound from inside my flat is still coming out of the entry panel outside the building, albeit faintly. Any ideas?

it may be fixable, but can you fix it?

Looking at that unit it only has switches, resistors/caps and a single transistor on it.
Should be easy enough for someone capable of repairing it to figure out which one is faulty.

You could try switch cleaner or replacement handset

Thanks for your replies. I won the eBay auction for that Agata handset in the screenshot. I may well be back here when it arrives and I try to connect it!

Just follow the handset number guide as above ....
