Hello. I've got a BPT AS E/200 handset for our flats' door entry system. The handset when replaced isn't cutting the microphone, and the sound from inside my flat is still coming out of the entry panel outside the building, albeit faintly. Any ideas?

You could try switch cleaner or replacement handset 
Just follow the handset number guide as above ....
