Double sided strong tape 4 car camera.

Our interior fitted camera inside car( on windscreen) is held up by suction pad..the camera/sucker falls down in very hot weather,we have changed suction pad a few times and also tried to tape it to the windscreen with Gorilla tape..but it still falls, anyone have any suggestions how to fix the problem ? ...But not actually glueing..any heat proof types of tapes out there that will fix the problem...TIA

You can get rear view mirror glue pads, they are nice and strong

Failing that, number plate securing pads are good too - motor factors have both but the number plate strips are bigger and can be cut to size.
Great to have around the house too!

Double sided foam tape , the heat resistant type used in ovens is excellent .

its worth going 2 up to 4 thicknesses to accommodate any curve on the surfaces giving full width grip rather than edge or just centre

Search for "dashcam adhesive pad" on the like of Amazon and get some 3M ones, they have not come off my front windscreen despite being baked in the sun.
