Drayton Digistat SCR not switching boiler on

Hi my Drayton Digistat is not firing my boiler up. I have changed the batteries in the controller, replaced the capacitor in the receiver and reset it numerous times. The boiler is working for hot water. When the controller sends the signal to switch the heating on the receiver alarm light flashes. The green on light comes on. There is a click then nothing happens. The boiler remains silent. Any advice gratefully received.

you need to check if the reciever is switching .try linking it out

Gordongas. Is totrest a typo if not then I don’t know what totrest is? By linking it out - is that when you add a link wire in to bypass the receiver?

yes link in the reciever across the switch connections

What type of heating system is it?
