All my drill bits are covered in rust and are therefore unsightly and dirty, and maybe they won't work as well either. Is there a way I can return them to their former glory, at least the appearance?

Thanks.

get a brick and drill a hole in it. After it comes out you should see a difference. Thats what i reguarly do with my best drill bits that i keep on display in the cabinet in the lounge, to keep them looking tip top
