I recently fitted these https://www.screwfix.com/p/lap-fixed-downlight-brushed-chrome-240v/32433 in my house and they have no provision for an earth connection

In the Q&A for this item ""are these downlights double insulated as they would be replacing some 12v units and currently have no earth"
