That's what I was saying, but, as I said, I would have thought that one would only bond to where the services entered the flat (i.e. as if it were a separate dwelling") - not all the way back to where the services enter the building (11, or maybe 50, floors below). Is that not the case?Flats should have bonding as if they were a separate dwelling - just in case.
One might have thought so - and maybe they are - but with bonding of one service apparently absent, and the other apparently needing to be 'upgraded' (not so sure about that one), proximity wouldn't necessarily help much, would it?Is it not likely - in a flat - that all the services enter, if not at the same place, near each other?
