eBay Light Panels drivers blowing

Yes - I know, I know and in hindsight...

These have worked flawlessly for over two years. They only blow after we have a power cut (and we have lots). I'm not sure if they blow on the outage or the restart.

My question is, do I buy whole replacements of panel and driver from a UK supplier or can I just buy drivers? I would also ask for a recommendation of what and where as well

Theoretically the driver could be replaced with an equivalent, you would need to get one of the same specification, as in constant current 1000mA, 24-36volts, 48 watts.
However as a driver is likely to be most of the cost of a whole new panel with driver, buying a new panel would be the usual solution.

In this case, the specs don't make any sense, as with a 1 amp output current and a voltage of 24 to 36V, that's 24 watts to 36 watts, nowhere near 40-48W.
Either that driver was significantly overloaded, the panel label is a pack of lies, or both.
Even if it was somehow 48 watts, that existing driver was running at it's absolute upper limit, which is generally something to be avoided.
