allowing louis vitton fake goods to be sold etc.
also on bbc last night showing a nice little trade in store credit vouchers, from returned stolen goods. ebay said its down to the stores to make sure there security is tighter. didnt think thye would bare any responsibilty when theres a profit to be made!

They are appealing and it will be many months dragging it out so they don't have to shell out.

not really a result for ebay customers, they will simply increase their charges again to cover it.

I bought a copy of a car workshop manual off of ebay.
After the transaction was completed they sent me a threatening email warning me against taking part in illegal transactions - cheeky b********s.
Two weeks later the same bloke was still selling the same manual.
