I keep getting fault 75 on my boiler. The needle is down but when I press the minus to bring up digital reading for pressure that has stayed the same. To get boiler on I have to top up . This makes digital reading go up. Now 2.1 without heat on. I have read it could be a sensor switch fault. Till I can get this checked am I bedt dropping some water out system so I can top up ro get on as its getting high and if it goes over 3 bar it will drop out PRV ?

F75 code on the ecoTEC can be a painful diagnosis.
Possibles are:
Faulty pressure switch
Blocked or clogged up filter on hydroblock
Pump
Clogged up heat ex
Expansion vessel needs charging

Do what you have to do to limp through Christmas! If PRV goes then you could fiddle to reseat it if it lets by. Then may need new PRV but at least you'll get through.
