Economics.

I thought it was Malaysian workers, and customers stupid enough to pay his prices

Um, how do you think every milionaire gets to become one. Although it used to be chinese workers, and stupid customers.

Did you know that they did an experiment and got people to sample two different cheeses, one priced higher than the other. And most said they preferred the higher priced cheese. Turned out that both samples were the same cheese, and that tells you mow much people are influenced by the perceived price of things.

Yes, but it was Roger who called him a 'self-made millionaire' extolling what he said.

Again, yes, but most manufacturers use cheap labour to lower their prices (hoping to still make the same profit) in competition with their rivals.
I don't think you will find that Dyson did lower the prices - presumably because the customers were paying.

This may be standard business practice but I was only commenting on the 'self-made' part as if he did it all by himself.

If Dyson thinks that 44% is a tiny proportion of our exports then he is a numbskull.

Perhaps that's not what he said, though.

Perhaps the Dyson economic model can work for everyone. If so why are other major industries so nervous about it? Stuff the EU, let's leave now.

We will be leaving soon enough , in an orderly fashion ;)

Then the EU can create the "united states of Europe" :) European armed forces , single currency through out the EU , single economic policy

etc etc

Not really.

Orderly fashion? Tory ****s couldn't organise a pi$$ up in brewery. Useless Tory ****s can't even agree within their own party.

bit like labour / corbyn then ;)

so the choice is which mob (****s) could organise the better pi$$ up in a brewery :)

Corbyn  he will continue to rely on the snow flake generation vote.

'Tis the Tories that are in power boyo and it is their f**k up. Brexit will be their badge of shame. It will be their out-going legacy. The coffin nails are already being hammered home.

What happened to the greek crisis, spain. irish debt. italys financial woes?
The 27 are united for now in their quest to punish the UK for daring to leave.
But sadly the EU remains exactly what it was before last June’s vote, a fractious union of countries with deep political tensions beset by chronic economic under performance.
Tory division, labour division? pfffft
Its nothing compared to the division amongst the eu tw@s.

First quarter figures of 0.2% GDP growth beaten by every other nation in 28-country bloc as weaker pound after the Brexit vote fuels price inflation
