El Cheapo Cordless Drill/ Driver

Don't laugh.

Need a cordless drill/ driver for occasional use.

Seen the cheap Titan offering from Sfix and Guild from Argos.

Guessing there aren't many here who would buy one but does anybody have any recommendations about Sub-£100 drill/ drivers?

The Titan one is £50 with 2 x 1.5Ah batteries, 10mm chuck and 60 min charger.
Argos do a Guild with 13mm chuck and 2 year guarantee for £60.

I got the Titan 18v combi drill. Two batteries are useful. It's served me OK, including fencing and decking with plenty of big screws, and some drilling into walls.

The combi includes hammer action for £5 more than the drill/driver

the chuck seems a bit cheap, but still going. The LED searchlight is aimed wrong.

If it lasts the 2 year guarantee, you've had your money's worth. If you're lucky, the batts will fit the next one you buy.
