I am thinking of buying a Squeeze EZE electric grout sponge cleaner. But I can only find them on American web-sites. Does anyone know where I can buy them in England . Are they worth the money or would I be better off with a"Washboy" and a couple of sponge pads. I have got quite a lot of tiling jobs coming up at the moment so I can warrant buying one.....
Thanks..

Roy, forget that Mickey Mouse invention. The beauty of a washboy (or equivalent) is that it has a handle and a flat backing to the sponge - that makes it even and fast. Using a washboy is dead easy and takes literally minutes to do a floor. I grouted my bathroom floor this afternoon (only 4m²) in 30 mins, and that includes mixing the grout, applying and cleaning off - I can't imagine anything being faster.

Thanks for the reply gcol, I will get a few more opinions and make a decision. The cheapest I've seen a "Washboy" is £30, and that includes a sponge with handle, I'm swayed towards one of these and get another sponge aswell......

my washboy was £50 but well worth its weight in gold, came with all the bells and whistles, forget these fad ideas, a load of old rubbish fella
