Electric Tooth Brush

I'm not sure where to ask this question. Is it alright to cut the lead to the charger on an electric tooth brush and fit a 13A plug with a 3amp fuse?

All toothbrush chargers seem to have a two pin plug. I’d like to cut the leads to the toothbrushes we use in our caravan and fit 13amp plugs instead.

I should have explained that as it is in a caravan space is limited to getting rid of excess cable makes life easier.

the two pin plug is supposed to fit in a shaver outlet as people often keep them in the bathroom or take them on holiday.

I don't like cutting plugs off so I use a fused adaptor

I'm using those adaptors but a plug would be neater.

be careful
it may have the electronics in the plug so be around say 12v and that would go bang very quickly
