Hi All
I have a couple of questions and I hope you can help.
My electrician has left a cable running under my bathroom floorboards just in case I need to connect an electric towel radiator. He left a spur prepared out on the landing etc.
Instead I want to use this cable to power my Aqualisa Quartz shower mixer but my electrician has disappeared of the face of the earth and I'm now trying to call in another person.
Q1: I'm well aware that I'm not legally allowed to carry out any wiring work in the bathroom, but I'm not sure what constitutes "me doing the work". Can I take this loose cable and move it to its final location so that the joiner can get the floor down?
Q2: The shower instructions state that the processor can go under the bath but doesn't go into much more detail. Should a waterproof cable outlet box be used in this location?
Thanks in advance
