This will vary depending on the work involved, your best bet is to ask around your friends and neighbours for reputable sparks, preferably in your case someone who can self certify.

They have mostly had theirs done prior top Jan 2005! I need 4 sockets,2 strip lights and the Consumer Box is about 20 yds from the garage

Anyway - isn't it illegal to provide horlicks to someone? Procuring or something?
