They {the regulations} cover contracts that are made during both solicited and unsolicited visits by traders.

You were certainly right about the snow too![snow really bad in headly near dorking, had to change from van to land rover, just to do a boiler call out, customer called 27 engineers before he called me, been to 3 call out today, i to am not oftec reged, but did do the collage course 4 years ago and got my certificate, but could not find the money to pay oftec, now i have a good customer yearly base, and dont need oftec, common sense is cheaper, someone like you had to fix your boiler should not not be in the job. ]
