Enforcer fault... Won’t power up...

Hi all

Sadly no photo available at this point...

I have an enforcer running V10 which following a power cut and the back up battery failing upon power up the entirety of Line 1 on the display, which is backlit blue, has an entire row of white squares.

Unable to get the panel to do anything at all...

Any thoughts or likely fried?

Check warranty date and send it back if still in warranty ...

Still in warranty but no clue who I purchased this one from... Can I return to Pyronix directly for a replacement?
