Correct it took 14 years for the country to despise the conservatives and it only took 14 months for Labour to go from a landslide to being despised. Well done Labour (y)

Good point. I don't ever remember people following Sunak around and shouting or football fans chanting "Rishi Sunak is a w8nker" whenever he got close to the public.

The Labour landslide vote was never driven by a public desire for a Labour government , it was more to punish the Tories for 14 years of dishonesty and incompetence when it came to the issue of immigration.
The Tories have had their landslide, Labour has had its Landslide victory and now its the turn of Reform to win a landslide.
How they perform in local government will be a test of their competence to run a national government.

The cracks are starting to show already.

Reform Uk: ‘Melt them down and fill in the potholes’: Reform UK candidate who made remarks against Nigerians wins key seat in England - The Times of India https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com...key-seat-in-england/articleshow/130980205.cms

Can't see Kemi Badenoch want to defect to Reform now.

Labour won on 33% of those that voted NOT those eligible to vote.

And that 33% would have been mostly people with no moral right to vote in a British election.

Melt them down and fill in the potholes’:

As absurd as it sounds, that would be better than what Labour and the Conservatives have done about potholes.

Since records began in 2018, 200,000 chancers have arrived in small boats. Only 8,000 have been removed. It is estimated that the remaining 192,000 will each cost the taxpayer £332,000 over a lifetime; £65 billion in total. That is enough to fill every pothole in Britain 3 times.

Reform's leader is Nigel Farage an establishment career politician who receives millions in donations and gifts from individuals and organisations for political influence. If Farage ever gets into government there will be organisations and individuals who will want something in return and Farage will allow them to profit from taxpayers money and pilfer the economy.
Also, the absolute worst of the Tory party are now at the top of Reform and they will carry on their corruption and use their positions for their own selfish gain.
Wow this is incredible, having only been born yesterday this is all news to me, is this how the world really works, i am astounded. Thanks so much for educating me.
How is Starmer doing he made some strange decisions, almost like he was forced to do them... How is Mandy doing?

I don't know why you're all worrying.

The PM is giving his post election speech today around 10am. Apparently he's going to set out his vision for the country.

MMmmm, I thought he'd done that already ... more than once?

He's done. If Labour don't get rid, he'll be like the gift that keeps on giving for Reform etc.

Starmers speech sounds like a party in opposition pitching to become the government. Pointing out all the current government failures.
