I'm going to run cat5e cable under my floor boards

I was wondering if I could run the Ethernet cable up through the plug back box and then out to the left through a hole and through another hole I drilled in Ethernet back box and then terminate there.

Obviously the wires will run inside the back box.

Thanks

Can't see the image, but from your description, no.

You are not supposed to mix cables from different voltage bands in the same containment system, i.e, conduit, trunking, back boxes etc unless all the cables are insulated for the highest voltage present.

Cat5e is not insulated for 230V.

Can't see the picture but I wouldn't
It is relatively easy to run a long drill bit behind the skirting (check for mains first) and either surface mount a box or sink a new one.
