Historic, the one at Seascale dates back to WW2 and used to feed all the area. As load grew we commissioned the one near Holmrook to supply the load south of there without any voltage problems which could occur from time to time

Yup. But the coolest one of all has to be Big Flo.
Crashed into the Mexican desert by remote control.
I think they achieved a record: the largest plane (a 727) flown by remote control.
