We've not had a stinker on here for a little while, so who can work out what's going on here?

Is transposed neutral(s) or linked neutral bars too obvious?
Who can do anything but guess - but the first thing I'd probably do would be to have a careful look to see exactly what those two RCDs are connected to (and whether they are interconnected in some way!)!

Ah! I see the picture moves.
RCDs wired in series.

Effectively a link from one RCD L-out to the other.
Would the RCDs even set in that scenario?
Was thinking of a fault current slighter greater than the trip current which was initially shared across the two RCDs. Though you still may not be able to set the RCDs. Didn't give it too much thought...
Well the installation seems okay when power is supplied none of the MCB's have tripped - but the mechanical test on the RCD left causes an apparant earth fault to the RCD right.
Question did a mechanical test on the RCD right have the same effect to RCD left?
