extension question?

Hello folks (again) lol

I'm looking to add a two storey extension to the side of my house and someone asked me the other day if I was going for a traditional 'block and brick' job or have I considered a timber frame or even a flat pack type of extension?

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Little advantage over trad masonry cavity or traditional timber frame IMO.
