Extractor Fan above a shower

Hi,

I need to fit an extractor fan in the ceiling (2402mm from the floor) above a shower. Is this still zone 2 and can I fit an IPX4 240 v fan ? or do I need 12v fan and a transformer

Any advice would be much apprciated
 
need to consider if for any reason water from the shower could be sprayed upwards and possibly into/onto the fav etc
