I've been lifting some heavy stuff around in our unit over christmas and discovered that at my age you get farmers and that they hurt like hell

It's a proceedure though- that the consultants like to keep for themselves at their private clinics -for obvious reasons.££££££££

Although- it is also available on NHS at certain hospitals . Same surgeons-doing their bit to clear a guilty conscience thing .- .
