Filling the system; Vaillant TurboMax

I have no hot water and I know its because the boiler is locked down; there's insufficient pressure and the system needs to be refilled (way below the green area) . Problem is that I'm renting and there's no directions for filling the system. I've checked the Vaillant website for info, but there's nothing for filling. Service man won't come until Monday, since this isn't an emergency in the summer. A bit inconvenient until then; any guidance would be appreciated. I can guess the basics (connection via hose to the water supply) but can't determine where to connect to the boiler). Thanks.

What model is it? some vaillants have an internal filling loop with its own filling key.

Which turbomax - black panel with green knobs, or (t plus) white with a digital display?

If KayBee is actually in the Netherlands (and not just indulging in pretentious posing like certain people....) the rules for filling may well be different. Don't expect a flexible loop - that's a typically British piece of nonsense. Probably a fixed link, maybe with pressure reducing valve.

KayBee, can you post a photo of the pipework under your boiler?

Look if it's a later turbomax ("plus") it'll have an integral filling loop. Look underneath on the right. Slver braided thing. You may have to get the plastic bottom panel off. There are little 1/4 turn taps at each end of the loop which are either operated by a flat screwdriver or a rad bleed key

Its the white turbo with digital display, no internal loop with key. There's a separate hose that most likely connects the water supply externally to an somewhere in the system. (Really in the Netherlands; I'm an expat, which is why I am completely unfamiliar with this system).
