Flat roof height

Hi all

Is there max roof height warm roof construction,I know via permitted development it's 3 metres..

But with full plans can this be exceeded.

The property is semi detached so the build is within 2 metres to boundary.

Height is what ever is approved. Permitted development is pre-approval so that's why there is that limit, otherwise you apply for anything more.

Thanks Woody,applied with full plans to 3 metres approved, originally opted for cold roof,but researching the warm roof option,increasing the height by 250mm,worth changing with planning ?? Or just continue and hope not noticed..BC only interested in the build meeting all regs I'm guessing,would they report back to planning the height increase ?

Amending planning application is based on risk of how many busybodies you have around you and would they kick up a fuss within the next four years?

Warm roofs with deep fascias can look really ugly unless you design it well - often it is that alone which attracts attention and makes them look overly high.

Neighbours are great no issue,whats the 4 years ? If no complains in 4 years all good ?
