Flexible pan connector direct on to toilet??

Hi,

I have a flexible pan connector coming through the plasterboard that will eventually be tiled and it is protruding out as such that the straight pan connector that came with the toilet as seen in the pic is impossible to fit between the toilet and flexible connect.

My question is, is the toilet ok to just be pushed directly onto the flexible pan connector which immediately bends down at 45degrees and connects to the soil pipe that then runs out horizontally onto a flat roof?

Yes. They are designed to fit directly to the pan.
