Dear Folks,
I have a problem with my kitchen floor; it is a concrete floor covered with ceramic floor tiles. I have covered it with rubber ''waffle'' like underlay and lino but it still feels terribly cold. Could you please give me any piece of advice, please? I am sick and tired of that cold rising from the floor and my feet turn freezing cold after a couple of minutes
