Just moved into a house, it was underpinned in 1998 due to what was likely to have been historic settlement which was mainly along the party wall, particually towards the rear.

I had a engineers report done and it came back ok, apart from a few things which need repairing. The floors downstairs are straight since new ones were put in after the underpinning.

All floors upstairs are good or reasonably level considering the property is 75+ years old, apart from the front bedroom floor which slopes from the front downwards towards the back wall, not exacly sure by how much but it is very noticeble when walking on it.

No idea if it is related to the subcidence but the bedroom floors either side of this one are ok. I'm thinking rather than having the joists packed to bring it level it would be better sister new joists to the existing ones. What kind of price am i looking at? for a room that is (4.24m (to bay) x 3.33m)

Well to be fair it is a "how long is a piece of string " question. It's not really possible to give a price without more details as there are many variables.
What type of floor covering and do you want it taking up carefully and replacing?
How big are the joists and what are the walls like as the sisters would need either inserting into the wall or hanging on hangers.
Are you sure the joists haven't decayed and dropped.
How much are you allowing for potential damage to the ceiling.
and so on
