Hi All,

I installed french doors at the back of my house,To do this I had to get planning permission,Anyway doors are in and I'm at the stage of mono blocking the garden,My questions is regarding to the plaque size.

When you step out my back door the drawing say I require a 1200mm plaque the width of my french doors(french doors are 2200mm long) and another step down no higher than 170mm.(Plaque size 2200mm x 1200mm)

Does this sound correct,To me the plaque size at 1200mm seems a bit over the top ??

The plaque or platt top step should be 400mm longer than the outward opening patio door.

Would this 400mm extra include the bottom step of the platt or just the upper platform of the platt ?

just the upper craig.
similar to this.
