I suspect some caller to LBC made some obscure remark about SAC, and transam has believed every word of it.
SAC were disbanded in the 80's. They were a semi-criminal, right-wing organisation that wanted to rebuild a French empire.
Its successor (MIL) is to Marine le Penn what IRA is to Sinn Fein, and what UVF and UDA are to DUP.

Transam is living in some fantasy world. But it doesn't stop his attempts to promote hatred against the French.
It's what he does, promoting hatred against foreigners.
