Fuse Diagnosis

Just wondered if any of you leccies could diagnose a blown fuse within a kettle's plug top just by looking at it?

there are some plugs that let you see the body of the fuse but that wouldn't help you unless the fuse in there was a glass body one (which aren't supposed to be used in plugs beause of thier low breaking capacity)

Or a fuse with a spot indicator
