fusing for pump

I've installed a sump pump which ive plugged in with a standard 13 amp
fuse. the fuse is blowing some days. Theres nothing wrong with the pump when i fit new fuse it works fine. Its a powerful pump if its drawing alot of current would i need a special fuse? or wall socket?
help anyone?

Do the manufacturers instructions recommend the connection of this pump via a 13A BS1362 fuse. If so then the pump is either faulty, leaking or is working too hard (liquid not suitable for pump?)

What wattage is marked on the makers plate?

Its says 1.5KW single phase 230v and there's no manufactures fusing instructions.
