Galaxy flex with gx remote

Hi all, I am after a bit of guidance, I have connected my WiFi module to my galaxy flex.
Set up and gained ip address which is great. The app if working fine on the WiFi as soon as I log off the WiFi the mobile data won't let me log back on to the panel.
I have tried port forwarding on the router which is a huwaie b353 router (horrible ).
It cannot seem to connect going through the manual still no change .

If via WiFi is working, then your issue is router based. TCP port 10001 must be forwarded. Also, are you using a DDNS service or have a static wan up from your provider?

Check your port 10001 is open using a web based open port checker.
