Garage draught and debris excluder

I’m looking to add a freight and debris excluder to the bottom of my electric up and over garage door to stop as much crap getting into the garage.

The garage is a modern built garage with breeze block and brick construction (empty cavities though).

As far as I know, under the garage door is the only airflow and ventilation into the garage.

Would stopping this airflow cause longer term issues than having to clean leafs every now and again?

Garage doors are usually draughty round the top and sides as well.

What sort of roof does the garage have?

There is a side door but no windows any more (there was a window but we have that in the half we converted to a playroom)

There’s a few airbricks on one side and some vent holes above the garage (pictures below)

Sloped pitched roof with a void under the roof to a plaster ceiling to hide pipe work etc

Non insulated as far as I’m aware in the original ceiling

It’s not clear if your door already has a seal on the bottom.

I fitted one that sort of drags towards the garage and it is fairly good, apart from one area where the 60; year old floor is a bit low. A small puddle can build if the weather is poor.

I actually have a second seal that is like a rubber speed bump but haven’t fitted it yet.
You glue it to the floor and it acts as a barrier but it is ok to drive over.

No seal at the bottom. About a 20mm gap. It’s one of the rubber style ones I wanted to add.

They sell them for 20mm and even higher so not sure
