Gas boiler pilot clicks off

My gas backboiler will not stay on.

I then go through the process of starting up the pilot light which comes on, but as soon as the heating boiler fires up in the background the flame dies(along with a squeeky valve sound)and 10 seconds later the pilot light controller clicks and the whole lot switches off.

It just happens to be the colest day off the year - please help.

Sounds like flame sensor is duff or not in correct position. Should be cheap to replace if required.
