GAs fire noise

just had Flavel Strata gas fire fitted today. Once heated up the back closure plate seems to vibrate and there is a rumbling noise. Is this normal or should I call the Corgi guy back?

sorry, no not normal sounds like hte closure plate is not properly secure so call the corgi back
