Gas hob/Electronic Ignition connection query.

Depending on the cooker I will use either one of those suggestions.

And I shall meke sure that the cooker has a 5A fuse and NOT a 3A fuse.

i`m sure Riz will fit the correct fuse when he puts a plug on the flex and plugs it into the new cooker control unit in the cupboard :-)
What about the oven?

But then you started going on about this truly bizarre idea of putting a 2nd CCU under the worktop.

1st point ban, Kev said he would fail it if the correct fuse wasnt on the hob, hence my reply was about the hob.
2nd point, Riz then went on to say he might want to put a larger oven in that wouldnt be able to be put on a plug, that is why i suggested putting a second CCU under the worktop so he could have independant control over the oven & hob.

ban either your not reading all the posts or you are just being silly
