Gledhill Boilermate 2000 no hot water in taps HELP!

Hi - I have replaced a TVR today and drained down the thermal store system to do it. Central heating back up and working no problem but not hot water. Potterton boiler firing up, pump working and water tricking constantly into the header tank. I suspect its an airloc but don't know how to shift it. Can anyone please help (wife desperate for a bath....)

Three pumps on this.Is the right hand pump running when you demand hot water? Potterton boiler stat on max?
 
Just fixed it.... got very wet trying to run water back up the drain cock on the right hand side, finally its shifted something. Thank you for replying so quickly very very much appreicated to know someones out there on a sunday night!
