Glowworm Boiler keeps going into Lockout every 30 seconds.

Can someone please help me. Cant bath or shower in hot water as every minute it locksout and a red light comes on on the boiler. You then press the button below the light and it kicks back working again.

We've changed Overheat Stat, boiler stat and gauge and cleaned several parts.

The heating works fine but the hot water goes off every 30 seconds when the tap is on and goes into lockout.

Its a glow worm of around 6 years old.

Maybe the exchanger needs flushing through which is impossible to get to but if anyone who knows the solution I would be very pleased to hear from you. And I'll buy you a pint!

Which glowworm is it?
does it lock out on all the taps?
I would suspect the secondary h/ex is blocked.

probably a Compact if its got a reset button.

Yes its a Glowworm Compact and yes it locksout on all taps but not the central heating.

Heat Exchanger needs flushing out. Will do that today. Any other ideas.
