Hi,can anyone help my boiler gloworm 30cxi when turned on from start will pulsate whooshing noise with green light flashing eventually will slow down and turn itself on other times will not and show the f12 fault with red light but then if i turn off again and turn back on it will work....?I have checked all pcbs know sign of any blows etc all conections are good except on the small control pcb there seems to be some heat marks around a couple of electrodes but not sure if this is to do with the heat itself inside the boiler.thankyou

I had exactly the same problem it was the pcb!!!!
There are many different causes of ignition/combustion issues with boilers.
A pcb is only one of the possibilities.
Many PCBs have gas setting on them which should only be fitted by a gas reg engineer who can set them up. Contrary to DIY opinions, PCBs do not come easy adjusted as they have to be set for each individual boiler.
