Check out this at about 11mins in when he opens the three phase switches and they are intended to be wired with chocblock and it looks like 15A or smaller.

 
Connects to the RCD with it in the on position. Probably isolated elsewhere but should still be in the off position.

Torque settings - whale on it until it can take no more.

Wire management - cram it and ram it.
 
Why such long lengths of sleeving? Shorter lengths of a smaller diameter, (or even heat shrunk into place), would have looked so much neater.
When we were taught to wire up DB boards, we put the neutral and earth in a corresponding position the live. Makes things so much easier, and quicker, to trace all same circuit cables.
Good luck with trying to quickly find neutral and earth when trying to completely disconnect a circuit with that lot.
