We seem to have had the same problems over again lately, which sparked a tea break discussion.
In the film Groundhog Day,the guy lives the same day over and over again, the question is......If you knew you could do whatever you wanted, knowing full well, that whatever you had done, the slate would be wiped clean when you woke up the next morning, what would you do?

An aircraft is standing on a very long runway that can move (a conveyor belt). The aircraft moves in one direction, while the conveyor belt moves in the opposite direction. This conveyor belt has a control system that tracks the aircraft's wheels speed and tunes the speed of the conveyor belt to be exactly the same as the wheels, but in the opposite direction. There is no wind. The pilot begins to add thrust to the engines...

Will the plane ever take off?

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Not again.......

if the groundhog situation became true, i think we would get bolder and bolder as events passed by.

as the threat to life diminished then the risks we would take, would automatically become greater.

jumping off high buildings, standing in front of a train, driving like a nutter, kissing a strange female.......!

boredom would be a problem though because the mundane, repetitive events in between the exiting ones would become be too tedious to endure.
