grout colour

hi folks in my kitchen on the floor i have 600 x 300 black ceramic floortiles and the grout i used, mapei charcoal,
is turning to a biscuit colour.
it was never really charcoal when i first placed it but it seems to be lighter and i need to know if i can darken it with something to be less of a contrast with the tiles
any ideas?

give mapei a call sounds like the grout was maybe bagged and tagged wrong.
