Hi guys, hope you're well.
My girlfriend has had this roof installed less than 2 years. I know they made some significant errors - used osb but not osb 3, installed on wet roof, and said they'd dry it out with a torch before installing (cannot believe that would work).
Now the trim around the side is popping out of the brickwork. I think maybe they used some trim from elsewhere in place of proper C trim, but can anyone confirm that from the pictures?
What should I do about it? Getting them to repair isn't an option. If it's just sticking it back I can probably do it. If it's just plain wrong then it'll be legal action (to add to all the other legal action against them).
