GU10 240Vac LED Light Bulb Base

Hi

Has anyone used the mains GU 10 LED housing and controlled the lights via a dimmer. What was the effect using a dimmer? Do the lights respond and produce a good level of control?

I dont think you can dim LEDs yet, not unless they say so on the box.

Most dimmers would not work anyway, because the load presented by the LEDs isn't enough to make them work (minimum load)

Only certain types of LED's are dimmable. You'll require the correct LED, driver and dimmer which isn't going to be cheap.
