Guardtec 350 alarm

hi my guardtec 350 house alarm control panel goes off when the alarm isn't set - any ideas why pls

Possible faulty battery ?
What information is shown on the panel .

Flashing lights and the noise of the control box. Alarm wasn't set or anything.

Replace battery ASAP.
Screwfix is quickest place to get one.
How old is the old battery ? may have damaged a resistor on pcb ?

Battery is in the control panel
Should be 2.1ah battery which you can purchase from screwfix the DIY chain.
Search screwfix in your area.

Classic ! ...they don’t print a icon or a word at the side of every led on on the panel for nothing ....

Sparkymark there are no words on the display panel just numbers and like I said they are all flashing

Thankyou we keep doing this / had to do the reset 5 times last night and about 10 times since 7 this morning - don't understand why it's doing it

You need to replace the battery
To stop open control panel and remove battery. Reset with code.
Go and get replacement battery and re fit battery.
It will keep setting the alarm off until you remove or replace battery.
You will need to install a battery otherwise every time you have a power cut the alarm will activate

So it could be one of many problems ....bellbox, detectors, panel lid ...battery ect ect
